Guillaume was awarded a post-graduate degree in business law by University « La Sorbonne » from Paris as well as post-graduate degree in digital law and new technologies from the University of Paris South.
Before founding GOMIS & LACKER Avocats, Guillaume had experience as an outside counsel as well as an in-house counsel. Guillaume first worked in various law firms specialized in business law with a focus on company law and contract law. He subsequently worked in the legal department of the number one French national radio group RADIO FRANCE for 9 years. During 5 years, he was chief legal officer and managed a team of 5 in-house attorneys.
He was an active member of the Copyright group of the European Broadcasters Union (EBU is the professional association of national broadcasters that negotiates and advocates for interests of public broadcasters in Europe.) He was elected to the Legal and Policy Committee of EBU which define and promote the EBU’s strategy on regulatory matters.
Guillaume teaches at the Gobelins (A school of applied arts, print and digital media managed by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and writes articles for legal reviews.
He is member of the IAEL (International Association of Entertainment Lawyers), of the AFPIDA (The Association for the International Protection of Copyright, the French branch of the ALAI), of the French Association for IT Law (AFDIT) et is member of the Art and Law Institute, as well as member of the editorial board of the Juriscom review dedicated to new technologies.
