Lucille is a member of the Paris bar.
Her practice focuses on copyright, trademark law, new technologies and personal data law and labour law.
Lucille holds a Master’s degree in labour law (University of Paris la Sorbonne), a Master’s degree in industrial property and health industries (Paris VIII) and a University Diploma in Judicial Studies and Practices (University of Paris la Sorbonne). She completed her training in law firms specialized in intellectual property and with the President of Chamber 5-1 of the Paris Court of Appeal, specialized in intellectual property.
She also holds a University Diploma of Data Protection Officer (DPO).
After a first experience in a law firm specialized in intellectual property and media rights, Lucille joined Gomis & Lacker Avocats.
Lucille’s practice encompasses advice and litigation.
She is a member of INTA (International Trademark Association) and AFCPD (French Association of Data Protection Officer).
